Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling, Cancellation & No Show Policy

  Cancellations and Rescheduling: 

  • Reschedules and Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will incur no charges. 
  • & Services that are not Rescheduled 24 Hours prior to your scheduled service will inquire a $25 Up-Charge to their service ticket. 
  • Continuous or repetitive  Rescheduling will result in a Walk-In appointment time only      

  No Shows: 

  • If the client does not show and does not call or Reschedule their scheduled appointment All clients will be charge a No Show fee of  %50 of the Service scheduled, Up-Charge added to their service ticket.     


  Emergencies: I understand Things come up and happen. 

  • Emergencies and special circumstances will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
